Asia GIS Association members, Hong Kong GIS Association members, members of supporting organisations and paper presenters are entitled to enjoy the discounted registration fees stated above. If you register individually and wish to enjoy the discount, please indicate your affiliation (i.e. AGISA, HKGISA or any supporting organisations) during the registration process and choose the discounted fees when settling your payment. The Organising Committee of the 10th Asia GIS Conference reserves the right to re-confirm your membership status with your affiliated organisation.
**EARLY-BIRD Registration Fees
Registrants submitting their registration on or before 1 Dec 2016 are entitled to enjoy the Early-bird registration fees. Your entitlement to the Early-bird registration fees is based on the timestamp in the registration system if you register online, and the date of postmark if you register as a group through mail. In case of disputes, the Organising Committee of the 10th Asia GIS Conference reserves the right of final decision.
Online Registration
All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form and by paying the appropriate fees. The Conference Organizer reserves the right to reject registration if the number of participants exceed the room capacity of the Conference or the work/interest of the participant is marginally related to the objectives of the Conference. If your registration is rejected, the Conference will fully refund your paid registration fee, if applicable.
Group Registration
If you have more than 1 affiliated member from your organisation or institution intending to attend the Conference and wish to avoid submitting multiple individual registrations online, you are recommended to use the Group Registration Form. Please submit your group registration with the necessary payment through mail according to the instructions in the Form.
