Each Chapter could complete the WiLAT Toolkit assessment for its locality (city, region or country), covering possible transport modes including informal ones. Please refer to the User Guide for WiLAT Toolkits for Gender Sensitive Public Transport Services in the Toolkits website : https://www.dupad.hku.hk/cusup/WiLAT_Public_Transport/Toolkits.html

Please ensure that the review identifies both existing gender-sensitive services and possible improvements. Where possible, include photos, examples, local cases, screenshots, or other supporting evidence.

Each Chapter could prepare the final PDF report with AI-assist summaries. After completing the WiLAT Toolkit and Chapter review, please generate the final PDF report and send it to Global WiLAT via this webpage for documentation.

2) Letters sent to local government and transport operators

Each Chapter could prepare letters to relevant local government departments, public transport authorities, and/or transport operators. Please keep copies of all letters sent and let Global WiLAT via this webpage to keep a record.

3) Responses received from local government and transport operators, if any

Each Chapter could document whether responses are received from local government and transport operators. Both responses and non-responses are important for documentation. Please send them to Global WiLAT via this webpage.

4) Evidence of any new or proposed gender-sensitive public transport measures

If any new measures, commitments, discussions, pilot actions, or policy changes arise locally because of the Chapter's recommendations, please document them carefully. Please include evidence where available, such as photos, announcements, official replies, meeting notes, media reports, or screenshots.
