General information on Yunfu's development Yunfu is located in the central and western part of Guangdong Province. It is adjacent to Zhaoqing and Jiangmen in the east, Yangjiang and Maoming in the south, Wuzhou in Guangxi Province in the west and the Xijiang River, Fengkai and Deqing Counties of Zhaoqing in the north. The downtown area is 60 kilometers away from Zhaoqing and 160 kilometers away from Guangzhou. The distance by water away from Hong Kong is only 177 sea miles and 60 sea miles away from Wuzhou.
