The introduction of real estate market in Yunfu City
Yunfu is one of the four
biggest stone bases in China and is called “Kingdom of Stone”. It has a
long history of 200 years. The stone enterprises mainly locate along two
sides of National Road 324 Line. There are 3800 enterprises here. In
2001, the product value of this industry reached 3 billion yuan with
export value of 12 billion yuan. Now Yunfu has been the biggest stone
manufacture and sale base. The government pushes the development of real
estate industry which centers around the affordable houses in order to
attract more farmers to buy houses in the city and facilitate the
