Abstract and Paper Submission

  • Abstract Submission - Any researcher interested in presenting a paper is invited to submit a paper abstract of not more than 800 words on-line before 15 December 2008. Abstracts should contain a title, a short description of the proposed paper topic, sources of data, methods, and a discussion of the implications of the research for urban planning and urban management. They should also contain keywords to identify the area of research. Abstracts should be accompanied by the name, affiliation, address, telephone number, fax, and email address of each author. Please use the following format for your paper abstract:

Abstract should be no more than 800 words. The abstract should provide information on the research problem, study area, data, methodology, findings, and significance of the research. While the format of your abstract may vary from this format, these contents are useful and informative to the conference participants. Co-authored papers should indicate who is the main presenter and author.

 

  • Full Paper Submission After Paper Abstract is Accepted - Accepted paper abstract will need to submit a full paper for review by the Scientific and Programme Committee before 15 February 2009. 

  • All paper abstracts and papers must be submitted electronically using the conference's online submission and review system at http://papersubmission.hku.hk/cupumhk/

  • Please make sure that you have followed the Guidlines for Paper Preparation-CUPUM 2009 Hong Kong in preparing your full paper.
