How to Register

• Online Registration

All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form and by paying the appropriate fees. The Conference Organizer reserves the right to reject registration if the number of participants exceed the room capacity of the Conference or the work/interest of the participant is marginally related to the objectives of the Conference. If your registration is rejected, the Conference will fully refund your paid registration fee, if applicable.

The Registration in word format could be used for registration by fax or post mail.

Registration Fees

Registration fees include Conference Programme, Conference Reception, Tea and Coffee, and Local Technical Tour. Additional registration fee is required for the optional Pearl River Delta/Macau Technical Tour. Participants have to make their own hotel arrangement.

The cost of the Optional Pearl River Delta Technical Tour included accommodation, transport and meals.

Participants for the optional Technical Tour to Pearl River Delta/Macau may need to apply for a tourist visa to enter Mainland China. Please check with any Chinese embassy or consulate for the latest status and procedure.
